Laurent Perrier tasting menu at Hi Sushi
Selected Hi Sushi restaurants in London are now offering a tasting menu featured Laurent-Perrier's Ultra Brut. They are available throughout January.

The Ultra Brut is memorable for it's crystal-clear freshness and extra dry taste. It's wine in its purest and most natural form with no added sugar. It's the ideal accompaniment for sushi.
Douglas Kan and Eric Fu have produced a three course light and delicate culinary sensation, with the emphasis on traditional and fusion Japanese cuisine.
Kan comments, “The Laurent-Perrier Ultra Brut tasting menu has been a delight to create and features some superb natural, pure flavours which enhance Ultra Brut’s honeysuckle flavours and extreme sense of freshness.”
Or if you're not quite hungry enough for a full meal, take a glass of Ultra Brut and you'll receive a complimentary sushi Salmon Nigiri or California Cut Roll.
The three-course tasting menu includes a bottle of Laurent-Perrier Ultra Brut (between two people) and will be served exclusively for the month of January 2010 at Koi Sushi (1e Palace Gate, Kensington, W8 5LS), Hi Sushi Izakaya (27 Catherine Street, Covent Garden, WC2B 5JS), Hi Sushi Salsa (16 Hampstead High Street, NW3 1PX), Hi Sushi Salsa (3a Camden Wharf, 28 Jamestown Road, NW1 7BY).
