The Soma Centre at Royal Garden Hotel in Kensington

If you're having january blues and want to be pampered for the day, the Soma Centre in Kensington is an ideal location. The centre is one of the leaders in London and regularly introduces new treatments that have never been offered before in the city.

For January, they have introduced two facial treatments using ingredients created by Elisabeth Somapala. The Age Resisting and Brightening Facial and the Problematic Skin Facial are for both men and women. No other spa but the Soma Centre will be offering these.

The Soma Centre was founded by and is directed by Carolan Brown, former personal trainer to HRH the Princess of Wales. The treatments join the excellent gym facilities and classes. There are no memberships, just pay per treatment or session.
