written by Andrew Rixon on Friday 18th of December 2009

For the ultimate in relaxation breaks, the Conrad Maldives Rangali Island has introduced a quiet zone, completely free from disruption to ensure the best break possible.

The area is children free and offers the first over-water swimming pool in the Maldives, a lounge bar and new look Koko Grill restaurant which is at sea level on the white sandy beach.

The chill-out area compliments the rest of the island, which is home to 50 luxurious Water Villas. The obligatory infinity pool is excellent and this is in addition to the main pool on Rangalifinohou Island, which caters for families.

The Koko Grill offers a nine-course menu of Japanese delicacies, including Black Angus Beef Tataki and Indian Ocean Lobster.

An excellent resort, worthy of attention if you're after the ultimate in relaxation.
