Hilton Maldives Iru Fushi Resort and Spa Opens

The President of the Maldives, Mohamed Nasheed, opened the resort yesterday. The 52 acre private resort joins the nearby Conrad Maldives Rangali Island as part of Hilton''s ongoing expansion in the Maldives.

He continued to praise Hilton, especially the way they support local schools and introduce environmental initiaitives into the local area.

The Resort is situated in the idyllic Noonu Atoll. Guests can enjoy five-star service straight after landing, with the exclusive Hilton lounge at Male International Airport offering excellent service, before departing by seaplane to the resort.
