ArmorTech uses all its great work experience in Russian and foreign market of armoured vehicles, protection and safety equipment to contribute to the common cause of security participating in suppression of terrorism and preventing possible negative impact.

Room for dreams

The people at AmorTech know everything about special wishes. Whether special protection measures, unusual interior appointments, or the stretching of a vehicle to customer specification – we make dreams come true.

That the experts from AmorTech know their stuff is demonstrated by three long versions of luxury limousines based on new S-class L W221 chassis. Despite being stretched by 400 and 500 millimeters and having their body connections modified or redesigned, they retain the qualities one expects of the basic vehicle – highest comfort in combination with individual design.

Luxury vehicles from AmorTech score high in the area of individualized appointments, functionality and comfort – the strong points which distinguish any vehicle created to satisfy special needs.
We leave no wish unfulfilled.

Highbred driving pleasure

The extended wheel base versions created on base of S-class L W221 chassis are cars that redefine the terms looks and comfort. Their design and individual interior fittings live up to the highest expectations. The only thing that can top them is driving them.

Stretching the rear doors by 150 millimeters and the C-pillar by 250 millimeters in one case and stretching the middle of the vehicle by 500 millimeters in the other has furnished ample freedom of movement to the occupants – and makes the luxury vehicles singular and distinctive. These fantastic automobiles with an overall length of 5.60 and 5.70 meters were common developed, produced and supplied by ArmorTech within just twelve – fourteen weeks in dependently of the design.

ArmorTech partner’s designers and engineers constructed the vehicle’s body shell entirely of sheet metal, using the same high-strength steels as in the basic vehicle. All sheet metal components of the body shell were manufactured with tools designed in-house. To prevent the deterioration of weld quality in long-term use, the stretched rear doors got a completely new carbon fiber outer skin besides.

Details as desired

A true masterpiece must appeal to the eyes and the senses.

The extension is ideally and harmoniously integrated thanks to painstaking revision of the design lines in the side and longitudinal views. But it’s not just 400 or 500 millimeters more car than usual that creates a long eye-catcher. The exclusive interior also does its part to create a spacious ambience, leaving nothing to be desired.

For example, structural parts of the side paneling of the interior were lengthened and reupholstered by designer’s in-house upholstering department. Solely original materials are used throughout the interior, whether leather, fabric or nonwovens. ArmorTech workers fashioned even details of the door trim completely to customer specification.

The long version made one base of S-class L W221 chassis stand for passion without compromise, dynamism with substance, and professionalism to the last detail.
